stands behind each and every one of our custom milled brass candlesticks. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then we would like to hear from you. Please send a detailed e-mail to sales@lextooling.com expressing your concerns or call the number found on the Contact Us page.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any non-engraved Lex Tooling Brass item, contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll refund your money or give you credit towards a future purchase. We will immediately issue you a Return Authorization Code. You may not return an item without a Return Authorization Code. In the event a merchandise return is received after 30 days from the ship date, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20%. Returns and exchanges may be refused if received after 90 days from the ship date.

1. How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)? Lex Tooling will credit you for the total purchase price of the product, upon receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

2. Where do I send returned orders? Send returned items to whichever address found marked on the page. You may review the correct addresses on the Contact Us page.

3.What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged? We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.

Feet First Consulting Computer Technician Please remember to carefully wrap the product in the original shipping box. Include a copy of the original Order Confirmation emailed to you (if you cannot find this, you may use a copy of the packing list enclosed with your order.) We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure your package arrives safety at our warehouse. We are not responsible for items damaged on the return shipping. Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it. You will receive email notification regarding your return or exchange within fourteen business days. We will refund your order amount less shipping charges. Items that show signs of wear or have been engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
