Our CNC Milling machines allow us to perform literally any operation while consistently holding extremely tight tolerances of + /- .001. These tolerances are in effect regardless of whether we are machining out of our precision vises, jigs, or multiple fixtures.

With a variety of wet and dry grinders, we are able to repetitively finish grind to extreme tolerances of +/- .0001, as well as achieve any surface finish requirements while maintaining the complete integrity of the workpiece.

We have our own heat treating equipment so we are able to heat treat in-house. This allows us to be more efficient in reducing lead times of components shorter than 12 inches.
